The clear coat layer on today’s paint systems were invented to protect the paint underneath for a longer period of time. Waxes and sealants were invented to help protect that clear coat layer from failing.
Waxing or sealing regularly will help protect your paint for an average of three to six months depending on the product and how often you wash and maintain your paint. However, this can end up being very time consuming and costly. Waxes and sealants are only a thin, temporary layer that sits on top of your paint. Even with the best waxes and sealants on the market, it can still leave your paint very susceptible to the harsh elements vehicles face day in and day out.

Our Ceramic Coatings Make A Difference!
Most ceramic coating companies use a silicone dioxide ceramic coating (sio2). The ceramic coating we use is a silicone carbide ceramic coating (siC). The difference from those two chemicals is that siC is a ceramic silica that chemically reacts with your clear coat and permanently becomes part of your paint, while sio2 is a ceramic liquid that hardens in a suspended resin that sits on top of your paint. SiC ceramic coatings only need to be applied in one or two layers, and only one time. SiC ceramic coatings don’t need to be polished or “refreshed” to maintain its life and warranty.
Sio2 coatings need to be polished and reapplied again and again to maintain their performance and their warranties.
